Washing-Brushing Unit
The Brushing/Washing machine has been designed and manufactured to be a part of a more complex processing line for fruit cleaning. It consists of rotating cylindrical hydrophilic brushes for product cleaning and brushing. The number, size, and material for the brushes and sponges depend on the product type and the customer’s specifications. In case product polishing and/or waxing is needed, then the brushes are made of natural horse hair. The rotation speed of the brushes is adjusted by a suitable inverter.
The products enter at the beginning of the machine where they are washed/brushed/dried. This is done in the washing section, where the sprinkler system (water, foam, or other disinfectant, depending on the product processed) works with the brushing system underneath it. In the draining system, the rotating sponges in collaboration with the turbines, drain the processed product. The sponges are squeezed by a straining system located underneath them. Under the upper level, the drainage system, consisting of two tanks, drains the excess water and objects.
After processing, they exit the machine and are transported for further processing on the line.
The machine frame is made of plain steel, while the parts that come in contact with the fruit are made of stainless steel.
Washing-Brushing Unit with By-Pass
The Brushing/Washing Bypass machine has been designed and manufactured to be a part of a more complex processing line for fruit cleaning. It consists of rotating cylindrical hydrophilic brushes for product cleaning and brushing. The number, size and material for the brushes and sponges depends on the product type and customer’s specifications. In case product polishing and/or waxing is needed, then the brushes are made of natural horse hair. The rotation speed of the brushes is adjusted by a suitable inverter.
It is essentially made up of two units:
- The brushing/washing unit.
- The bypass unit.
Which are situated on top of each other. This is done so that the user is able to choose, which of their products need to be processed and which do not.
The machine has two entries and two exits. If the products are to be processed, they go through the upper level where they are washed/brushed/dried. This is done in the washing section, where the sprinkler system (water, foam or other disinfectant, depending on the product processed) works with the brushing system underneath it. In the draining system, the rotating sponges in collaboration with the turbines, drain the processed product. The sponges are squeezed by a straining system located underneath them. Under the upper level, the drainage system, consisting of two tanks, drains the excess water and objects.
If processing is not required, the conveyor belt rises to a similar height through a chain & gear system and the products pass through it to continue their course in the processing line.
The machine frame is made of plain steel, while the parts which come in contact with the fruit are made of stainless steel.
Brushing-Polishing Unit
The Brushing/Polishing Bypass has been designed and manufactured to be a part of a more complex processing line for fruit cleaning. It consists of rotating cylindrical hydrophilic brushes for product cleaning and brushing. The number, size and material for the brushes and sponges depends on the product type and customer’s specifications. For product polishing/waxing the brushes are made of natural horse hair. The rotation speed of the brushes is adjusted by a suitable inverter.
The products enter the machine through the feeding area, after which they are subjected to polishing/brushing by a brushing system.
The machine frame is made of plain steel, while the parts which come in contact with the fruit are made of stainless steel. The stands are height adjustable.

The products enter the machine through the feeding area, after which they are subjected to drying by a sponge system. The rotational movement of the sponges is also used to transport the products from entry to exit, and the sponges themselves are strained through a rotating roller system located underneath them. A turbine system, installed on the cover of the machine, provides airflow for added product drying.

Fruit Tray (DPT_4800)
The double rotational packaging belt machine is designed to work in conjunction with sorting machines and is ideal for being a part of the final packaging segment of the processing line. The purpose of the belt machine is to hold the incoming fruits (up to 2 sizes) from the sorting machine until they are removed and packed in boxes. This is achieved by creating two belt loops, which with their constant movement gather the fruit around and in front of the packing benches.
The machine consists of:
- Two packing belts that have opposite directions of movement, split in half and joined at their ends, creating a permanent loop.
- A filled boxes conveyor belt at the center of the machine, above the packing belts.
- Workbenches with slanted packing decks, placed on both sides of the machine, where the operator places the box to be filled.
- Empty box benches, where the empty boxes are placed for easy access by the operator.
- A free roller system at the end of the filled box conveyor belt, where the filled boxes end up and are received for final packaging/palletization.
The working cycle of the machine is as follows:
- Two sizes of products from the sorter pass on to the beginning of the packing belts. Due to the movement of the belts, these products are collected in front of the benches and remain in the formed loop.
- The operator picks up an empty box from the empty box bench and places it on the slanted deck in front of him.
- The operator then fills the box with the sorted fruit and when ready, pushes it into the filled boxes belt, which carries it to the end of the machine where it is received for final packaging/palletization.
Technical Specifications:
- The frame of the machine is made of metal sheets and beams, with a double coating of anti-corrosion paint.
- The sides of the belts are lined with a special soft material to avoid damage to the fruit.
- The movement of each loop of the packing belts is done with 2 motors of 0.5 HP.
Automatic Horizontal Strapping machine
The automatic horizontal strapping machine model 06 RP, automatically pack products with one or more thermowelding polyester or polypropylene straps.
The machine consists of a sturdy structure made of arc welded steel profiles which supports all the strapping machine’s components:
- TR Head (our own international patent) located to the side of the product’s direction of travel which automatically carries out all strap feeding, recovery, tensing, welding and cutting operations.
- Track for the strap to run around the pack made of a special material featuring a special releasing device with multiple independent segments to ensure perfect strap centering around the pack.
- Strap compensation and pulling device. This occurs through the transversal compensating motion of the entire welding head during the tensioning phase. This ensures an homogenous pull on all the sides of the pack. The head’s motion is given by sleeves which slide on treated guides.
- Strap feeding group with coil holders which collects the strap through an anti-tear system and electromagnetic brake.
- Electric panel to make the machine work completely automatically and manually.
The machine comes complete with all the drive systems (electric and pneumatic) and is painted in its every part.

Waxing
Waxing Unit
The waxing unit consists of rotating cylindrical brushes for product waxing. The brushes are outfitted with natural horse hair. Their number and size depend on the product type and the customer’s specifications. A special spraying system with nozzles is situated above the brushes. This spraying system is adjusted through an electronic dosing pump to achieve a precise flow rate and maximize economy. The rotation speed of the brushes is adjusted by a suitable inverter. A drainage tank is located under the brushes, to collect excess water and fruit residue.
The products enter the machine through the feeding area, after which they are subjected to waxing by a brush/wax spraying system.
The machine frame is made of plain steel, while the parts which are in contact with the fruit are made of stainless steel. The stands are height adjustable.
Conveying Belts
Double-in feed belt
The double-feed conveyor belt is a versatile machine with a wide use possibility since it can be a part of almost every fruit and vegetable processing line. Its objective is to divert incoming fruits and vegetables into two exits, for further processing according to the operator’s needs.
The machine is designed to be a part of a more complex processing line for packaging and/or sorting products. The machine is run through switches on the electric board. Part movements are automated.
The machine consists of the following:
- Product entry point.
- Conveyor belts.
- Product exit points.
The normal work cycle is as follows:
- The products are fed onto the conveyor belts through the entry point.
- Depending on the operator’s needs, each exit can be blocked with a guiding bar, if for any reason one of them is not to be used.
The products exit through the ends of the conveyor belts for further processing.
The external parts of the machine are constructed by assembling painted structural steel framework and plates, welded and/or bolted. The machine’s stands are height adjustable.
