Semi-Automatic Cap Tightener
For screw, press-on and tamper-proof caps on medium batch runs.
Caps are hand-placed onto the containers, which travel along the conveyor to the locating starwheel. A capping head descends and tightens the cap to a predetermined torque, then rises and the capped container continues down the line.
